There’s a lot of us tea fiends out there nowadays. With the local natural food markets stocking up entire rows of every imaginable variation of tea leafs, and the convenience of a Starbucks within blocks of each other, we all have a wide range of options with the teas we can drink. Many of us have our favorites that we stick to each and every time we seep up a batch. Personally, I prefer a good cup of green tea with a bit of honey. It calms me down just enough to relax and focus on whatever is on my mind. Many times we do not think of the numerous benefits of teas, but rather the simple pleasures they present. They say that adults that drink one to two cups of tea per day were 20 to 30 percent less likely to develop cancer than non-tea drinkers.
