Top Ten Tuesday
By Matt Wolfe | September 18, 2007

Over at the other site that Joe and I run, we have a weekly tradition called Top 10 Tuesday. It’s a really big hit over there. What we do is pick ten of the best blog posts from our little niche and share them with our readers. Since so many people really seem to enjoy that weekly post, I thought I’d bring the tradition to this site.
So without further ado, here are the best health and relaxation posts from within the health blogosphere:
- Over at Zen Habits, Leo shares 10 Simple Things You Can Do To Lose Weight.
- At Dumb Little Man, the give advice on How to Find the Perfect Exercise Routine.
- He’s Fit gives a simple exersize to Burn Off Your Belly in 15 Minutes.
- Live Life… Organics & Your Health shares the various types of B Vitamins.
- The Final Sprint shares a tip for Purchasig Running Shoes.
- Ririan Project discusses 10 Benefits of Power Napping and How to do it.
- DietHack had 101 Ways to Fight the Stress Out of Your Life.
- The Wellness Bible explain How Vitamin D Can Help You Live Longer.
- Healthy Perspectives lists some Super Foods for Super Health.
- The Tao of Good Health has 15 Tips to Reduce Your Appetite and Promote Healthy Eating Habits.
Those are my top 10 discoveries for this week. Go give them a read and let us know what you think. I also want to let everyone know that if you comment, we check out your site. That’s our philosophy. So comment and you may be included in Top 10 Tuesday next week.
Enjoy.

Hey Joe, I liked this list of ten, but I was wondering, some of your links only target men. Will you be putting up some links specifically for women’s fitness as well? Thanks
