Now, I just had to post something about an article that I had forwarded to me the other day. It’s not really too indepth of an article, but more of a brain teaser. I don’t know if this is really that great of a judgment tool, but check it out any ways. Matt and I sat and stared at the image for a good ten minutes straight earlier today. It’s just that intriguing!

What this short article, from Australia’s Herald Sun, demonstrates is that a spinning image of a female silhouette is supposed to help determine if you think more with the left or the right side of your brain. I do not understand exactly how they determined that if you view this woman spinning clockwise means that you think more with the right side.

Another interesting fact about this image is that you have the power to change the direction of how she spins.

“How”, you ask.

“Hell do I know”, I respond very perplexingly.

What I have noticed is that if you look at the area between her knees and feet, you’re more likely to see a change in direction. I wonder if everyone has the power to see her spinning in both directions? What does it mean for those of us that can see both ways?! I need an answer, but I don’t think I’ll find it by blabbing on and on!

What I do know is that I see her spinning clockwise most of the time, so it must mean that I’m more ride side oriented. I guess I can be quite the risk taker from time to time. Who knows?

Check out this image for yourself and leave me some feedback with what you think about it.

ok now I think this is a trick! when I first clicked on the article she was spinning counter-clockwise for a very long time, and then all of a sudden she switched! now I can’t get it to go back the other way…Hoax, I tell you!

  • Joe Fier says:

It’s a mystery!!! I thought it was a hoax too, but then when Matt and I both stared at it at the same time and saw it going two different directions, it made me think otherwise. Who ever figured this one out is a tricky sonofagun!

  • Heather says:

My mom and I just watched this and she said clockwise and I said counter-clockwise. Madness…

  • Kathy Bennett says:

It is a two-dimensional image which flips from one side to the other and the brain just fills in the rest to make sense of a two-dimensional moving image in a three-dimensional world! In short it is just an optical illusion.

  • One of the essential elements of article marketing is to boost traffic to your site and create quality. Buildiing backlinks will give you higher rankings on search engine result pages and consenquently more visitors. To accomplish this, you unquestionably need to use automation softwares. Working on article marketing without some automated tools can be very overwhelming and time consuming.
